An introduction

Perion DAO is an ecosystem comprised of multiple SubDAOs and modules. The DAO has been designed in order to decentralise and distribute decision making responsibilities across the Perion organisation, while optimising for an effective, functional ecosystem.

The DAO section of the documentation is intended to detail the goals of the DAO, SubDAOs and modules, and primarily deals their base functions and actions outside of governance requirements. The governance section details the mechanics used to describe the interactions between the components in a model of distributed consensus .
