The Community SubDAO exists in a capacity to distribute PERC tokens to the community assigned to them via the Core SubDAOs, and elect Core SubDAO subcommittee members. This DAO will be governed via community proposals and participation as outlined in Governance
The purpose of the Community SubDAO is to allow the holders of PERC to collectively participate as the ultimate collective voice Perion's governance
