Phase 2 of governance will see further mechanics go live, including a new mechanic for electing subcommittee via a community consensus vote..

Launch

It will be possible to launch the second Phase, 3 years post the Phase 1 launch window, if it is voted for via the DAO modification pathway. Note the mechanics listed within the Phase 2 module may be updated to include / remove vote types as the DAO evolves over time.
